Dr. Euhus is a board-certified general surgeon with extensive experience in both elective general surgery and trauma/acute care surgery. He maintains an active trauma practice, taking general surgery call at both Providence Alaska Medical Center and Alaska Regional Hospital, while focusing on expanding access to high-quality elective surgical care in the outpatient setting.
He performs a broad range of abdominal operations using both open and robotic techniques. Dr. Euhus specializes in minimally invasive and robotic general surgery, providing advanced surgical treatment for hiatal, inguinal, and ventral hernias. As well as a wide spectrum of general surgical conditions.
Committed to providing personalized care, Dr. Euhus works closely with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan and values guiding patients through every step of their surgical journey—from initial consultation through recovery. He is dedicated to building a comprehensive elective general surgery practice that offers timely access, advanced surgical techniques, and excellent outcomes for patients throughout Alaska.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Euhus enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children and taking advantage of Alaska's outdoor recreation opportunities, including cross-country skiing.
